The Gateway Industrial Park encompasses approximately 282 acres.

Water & Sanitation:
12" water and gravity sewer main throughout the industrial park.

Communication:
Telecommunication: Services provided by Verizon and Parallax.
Internet: Fiber Optic Internet

Energy:
Natural gas in-place: 6" gas line throughout the industrial park. Source: Served by Indiana Gas, a Vectren Company, the second largest gas utility in Indiana, supplying thousands of plants and processes in central and southern Indiana.

Electrical in-place: 69 kV transmission line within 2,500 feet of park, with three phase 12kV service available.

Transportation:
Trucking: Park offers immediate access to I-70 and State Road 1. The region is served by over 20 trucking firms.

Air: Air cargo is located just minutes away in Indianapolis as well as nearby Dayton and Cincinnati airports. Locally, the Richmond airport can accommodate aircraft short of those requiring a jumbo jet instrument landing system, and the Connersville airport has an Instrument Landing System and can accommodate aircraft up to a DC-9.
