The Midwest Industrial Park is located on Interstate 70 in the middle of one of the nation's most unbeatable transportation networks. Located in Richmond, Indiana, it is within minutes of the other six interstate highways that cross the state.

Natural gas in-place: 12" gas line. Source: Indiana Gas Company, second largest gas distribution company
